Job Summary
Behavioral Health Operations Manager overseeing daily operations of behavioral health programs (IIC, BA, telehealth) across home-based, center-based, and telehealth services. Develops and implements operational workflows and SOPs; ensures compliance with state licensing, insurance regulations, HIPAA, and agency policies; collaborates with HR and Clinical Leadership to manage staff assignments, workloads, and performance; tracks service utilization and program productivity; leads implementation and optimization of case management systems; coordinates incident reporting and quality assurance; facilitates communication between therapists, families, and partner agencies; mentors staff and interns; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health operations or program management; strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; proficient with EHR/case management platforms and healthcare technology tools; provides strategic leadership for policy development and data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health operations, clinical coordination, or program management
