Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner

Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner needed for a full-time position at an outpatient Counseling Center in the Bristol Health system. The provider will deliver quality care and substance recovery services within a multidisciplinary team, offering medication management and a range of therapy services (individual, group, and family) with on-site partial hospital and intensive outpatient programs. Collaboration with the Emergency Department, Crisis Clinicians, and Physicians to transfer to inpatient treatment is required. The role supports flexible scheduling, interdisciplinary team meetings, and a high-reliability culture. Responsibilities include medication management, therapy delivery, care coordination across levels of care, and participation in a collaborative treatment approach within a counseling center setting.
