Job Summary
Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner sought for outpatient Counseling Center in Bristol, CT. Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to provide quality behavioral health care and substance recovery services, including medication management, individual, group and family therapy, and participation in partial hospital and intensive outpatient programs. Collaborate with Bristol Hospital Emergency Department, Crisis Clinicians and Physicians to ensure smooth transitions to inpatient treatment. Flexible scheduling, regular interdisciplinary team meetings, and a high-reliability culture. Must hold CT APRN/RN license, ANCC certification, and DEA license. Opportunities to contribute to a comprehensive outpatient program within a community-based setting.
