Behavioral Health Nurse- Morning/Afternoon

Provide direct patient care, including assessments and care plan development; manage a caseload and coordinate care across the clinical team; administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed; educate patients and caregivers on care and self-management; communicate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care; supervise and support HHAs and LPNs; complete accurate and timely documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders); ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and HIPAA standards. RN with active license, BSN preferred, located in Weymouth, MA (on-site role).
