Behavioral Health Nurse- Afternoon/Evenings

Provide direct patient care to behavioral health clients, including assessments and care plan development; manage a caseload and coordinate care across the clinical team; administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor patient progress and adjust care plans; educate patients and caregivers on care and self-management; communicate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care; supervise and support HHAs and LPNs; complete accurate documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders); ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and HIPAA standards. RN licensed with BSN preferred and related home health/behavioral health clinical experience; strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills; mobility and physical requirements typical of direct patient care. Location: Danvers, MA; in-person work arrangement; salary range $74,000–$80,000.
