Job Summary
Develop and implement business and marketing plans to achieve facility objectives while managing the individual marketing budget. Act as a liaison between providers and referral sources to ensure smooth service transitions, establishing strategic referral relationships within the community. Conduct pre-admission screenings with potential patients and communicate screening results and recommendations to families and sources per company policy. Collaborate with the medical director, program administrator, and community stakeholders to identify educational needs and promote mental health prevention awareness through community resource boards. Assist with care alternatives for patients and families as needed to maintain a seamless continuum of care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing preferred, or Business Development. Experience with a focus on healthcare.
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in Sales or Development in healthcare and/or medical industry
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Effective organizational skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions; ability to follow verbal instructions
- Basic understanding of medical and psychiatric diagnoses and conditions
- Photo ID
- Social Security Card/Driver's License
- Primary Source Verification of education
- Copy of clinical license if applicable
- CPR
- Behavioral Management Training
