Job Summary
Behavioral Health Liaison supports CBH Clinical Care Managers in care coordination for CBH members, coordinating referrals, sharing information between CBH clinical teams and system partners, meeting with members for encouragement and psychoeducation, conducting community outreach, addressing barriers to treatment, and handling administrative tasks. On-site at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children with ongoing team collaboration and supervision; requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, PA Child Abuse Clearance, and at least 2 years of direct service experience. Skills include excellent interpersonal communication, HIPAA compliance, Microsoft Office proficiency, potential Spanish-language ability, and strong organization in a high-volume environment. Philadelphia residency is required within six months of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
- PA Child Abuse Clearance required
- Minimum of 2 years of direct service experience (assessment, counseling and coordinating services)
- Familiar with managed care services for adults and children
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; strong written and verbal communication
- Bilingual Spanish speaking skills a plus but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to type 40 words per minute
- HIPAA compliance
- Philadelphia residency requirement or willingness to become resident within six months of hire
