Job Summary
Behavioral Health IOP Therapist - PRN provides comprehensive assessments and diagnoses, develops individualized treatment plans, and delivers psychotherapy, group and family therapy in an on-site setting. Works with a multidisciplinary team to support patients and families, conducts telehealth assessments as needed, participates in discharge planning, and provides direct supervision to interns and staff. Evening hours (4:00 PM–7:00 PM) and a PRN schedule define the role, with emphasis on clinical skills, rapport-building, and meaningful therapeutic engagement in a hospital behavioral health program.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- State licensure options: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC (multiple states listed)
- Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) from American Heart Association
- Experience: No experience required
- Telehealth assessments capability
- Ability to provide psychotherapy, group and family therapy
- Supervision of interns and assigned staff
- Discharge planning responsibilities
