Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans for individuals requiring psychiatric and mental health support in the Precourt Healing Center. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage acute psychiatric conditions and provide crisis intervention. Deliver comprehensive mental health care addressing physical, emotional, and psychological needs in a state-of-the-art facility. Requires one year of nursing experience, inpatient behavioral health background, and crisis management skills. Basic Life Support certification and a valid Colorado or compact state RN license are mandatory. Eligible for 16% PRN differential with day and night shift availability.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
- Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English
- Minimum of Associate Nursing Degree for positions hired after 07/01/2018
- This position is PRN or as needed
- Day and Night Shifts Available
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred
- Inpatient behavioral health experience is preferred
- Experience with crisis intervention and management of acute psychiatric conditions is highly desirable
