Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive mental health care for patients requiring psychiatric and mental health support at the Precourt Healing Center. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Manage acute psychiatric conditions and crisis interventions while addressing physical, emotional, and psychological needs in a state-of-the-art facility. Provide compassionate care to individuals facing behavioral health challenges within a collaborative environment. Requires Colorado RN license, BLS certification, and minimum one year of nursing experience. Hourly pay ranges from $37.90 to $60.45.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
- Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English
- Minimum of Associate Nursing Degree for positions hired after 07/01/2018
- This position is required to work onsite at our new Behavioral Health Inpatient Hospital in Edwards, CO
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred
- Inpatient behavioral health experience is preferred
- Experience with crisis intervention and management of acute psychiatric conditions is highly desirable
