Job Summary
Oversee HR operations at the assigned Chillicothe location(s) for the Behavioral Health division, lead new employee orientation and onboarding, manage employee relations including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans, ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries. Prepare HR reports and metrics, assist with HR projects, and support operational teams to maintain policy adherence and effective HR support in a fast-paced behavioral health environment. Key responsibilities emphasize employee relations, onboarding, compliance, training, and documentation, supported by strong time management, organizational, and communication skills, with a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
