Job Summary
Oversee HR operations across assigned location(s) within the Behavioral Health division; lead onboarding and new employee orientation; manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans; ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and compliance with equal employment opportunity and labor laws; serve as first point of contact for current employees; prepare HR reports and metrics; assist with HR projects and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and training and development
- Attention to detail and excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
