Behavioral Health Group Leader

Provide direct supervision and management of client behavior in a consistent and equitable manner while acknowledging client rights and guiding them in basic living skills. Accompany clients through all treatment program components, adhere to the Weekly Planning Schedule, and ensure hand-offs are complete with entries in the permanent written log and verbal communication. Accurately document all client activities per policy, supervise client safety, and monitor appropriate dress for weather conditions. Follow proper reporting procedures for accidents or incidents and communicate medical or dental complaints to nursing staff promptly. Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 3-on/3-off basis during days and nights.
