Behavioral Health Group Leader

Provide direct supervision and management of client behavior in a consistent and equitable manner while acknowledging client rights. Guide clients in performing basic living skills and accompany them to all treatment program components per the Weekly Planning Schedule. Accurately document all client activities and monitor safety following applicable policies. Communicate medical or dental concerns to nursing staff promptly. This role supports adjudicated youth in a residential setting, focusing on helping them find a new direction in life.
