Behavioral Health Group Leader

Provide direct supervision and management of client behavior in a consistent and equitable manner while acknowledging client rights and guiding instruction in basic living skills. Accompany and direct clients to all treatment program components, ensuring adherence to the Weekly Planning Schedule and maintaining legible documentation of all activities. Monitor client safety, verify appropriate dress for weather conditions, and follow proper reporting procedures for accidents or incidents. Communicate medical or dental complaints to nursing staff promptly. Ensure complete hand-off to the next shift via permanent written logs and verbal communication regarding routine and unusual events. Work 12-hour shifts on a 3 Days on/3 Days off schedule.
