Job Summary
Provide direct supervision and management of client behavior in a consistent and equitable manner while acknowledging client rights. Guide clients in basic living skills, accompany them through treatment program components, and adhere to the Weekly Planning Schedule. Accurately document all client activities per policy, ensure complete shift hand-offs with written logs and verbal communication, and monitor client safety following applicable policies. Communicate medical or dental concerns to nursing staff promptly and follow proper reporting procedures for accidents or incidents. Schedule includes 12-hour shifts with a 3-on/3-off rotation covering days and nights. Candidates must be 21 or older with a high school diploma and moderate computer skills.
Required Qualifications

- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- Moderate Computer and writing skills
