Job Summary
Behavioral Health Front End Operations Analyst is responsible for training and orientation of new hire registration staff; following up on daily/weekly/monthly tasks to support operations; conducting site reviews on ROI and regulatory compliance of admission paperwork; designing and implementing new front-end processes; monitoring registration and insurance accuracy with leadership feedback; tracking client cases requiring authorization and notifying clinical staff when reviews are needed; providing financial counseling; and covering front office tasks at SPHP Behavioral Health locations, both on-site and remotely as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Business Administration or Health Services Administration preferred
- Three to five years of hospital or Substance Abuse related patient interview and registration experience, preferably with some supervisory responsibility
- Proficiency with computer software programs such as Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
