Job Summary
Oversee, train, coach, and mentor a team of Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals in a correctional healthcare environment while providing on-site program supervision ensuring compliance with HRS licensure standards. Deliver crisis management counseling and short-term therapy to patients, prepare treatment and follow-up care programs, and initiate interdisciplinary treatment plans. Lead the review of clinical issues and program policies, consult with practitioners on therapeutic and casework performance, and participate in ongoing treatment planning. Requires a Master's degree, current state license, CPR certification, and proximity to Fort Myers, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
- Current state Mental Health Professional license
- Must be located in close proximity to Fort Myers, Florida
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance to include background check and drug screen
