Job Summary
Coordinate with community partners, including the Sheriff's Department and courts, to provide education and support. Staff and respond to crisis calls 24/7, conducting assessments and coordinating care while overseeing the civil commitment process. Supervise clinical practice for the Mobile Crisis Intervention Team, providing individual and group supervision, case reviews, and training on risk assessment and safety planning. Hold staff accountable for performance measures, regulatory compliance, and productivity. Develop alternatives to hospitalization and collaborate on quality improvement and data-tracking processes. Manage unresolved performance issues and facilitate team development as a lead change agent.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Practicing Counselor (LPC)
- Valid Oregon Driver's license
- Insurable for client service purposes
- Pass all criminal history check requirements as required by ORS 536-181.537 and in accordance with OAR 407-007-0200-407-007-0370
- Pass drug screening
- Cover Letter
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Clinical Supervisor
- Two years of experience in a comparable position dedicated to quality/ health improvement in a managed care organization or provider group or governmental agency or similar setting
- QMHP's credentialed as a mental health investigator
- Willing to complete requirements as a certified clinical supervisor within two years of employment
- Willing to pursue credentialing as a mental health investigator
- Two years of experience in a comparable position dedicated to quality/ health improvement in a managed care organization or provider group or governmental agency or similar setting
