Behavioral Health Counselor/Therapist

Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines. Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques, assist with treatment planning, and review progress toward treatment goals. Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team and attend required staff and multidisciplinary meetings. Timely and comprehensively document all necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record while adhering to regulatory and company compliance requirements. Requires active entry-level clinical certification or licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements.
