Job Summary
Part-time Behavioral Health Counselor in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) driving direct care and therapeutic interventions for children. Responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring direct care activities in residential/group home settings, ensuring adherence to the NMT model for therapeutic activities and treatment planning, and maintaining a clean, safe residential environment. Requires high school diploma; degree preferred and NC driver’s license. Third shift (12am-8am) in Charlotte, NC.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma is required
- B.A./B.S. in a related human service field is preferred
- Four years of experience in Mental Health is preferred
- Must have a valid NC driver’s license
