Job Summary
Behavioral Health Counselor in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) providing coordinated direct care and clinical interventions for children in residential/group-home settings. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to the NMT model for therapeutic activities, participating in staffing and treatment planning, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting program operations. Requires a high school diploma; a BA/BS in a related field is preferred and four years of mental health experience is preferred. NC driver's license is required. Located in Charlotte, NC (USA).
