Job Summary
Behavioral Health Counselor in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) coordinates and monitors direct care activities for children in residential/group-home settings, ensuring adherence to the NMT model for therapeutic activities, clinical interventions, staffing, and treatment planning; maintains a clean and safe environment and facilities; position located in Charlotte, NC with 2nd shift (4pm–12am); requires a high school diploma; BA/BS in a related human service field preferred and four years of mental health experience preferred.
