Job Summary
Conduct behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients and families, including crisis intervention and individual, marital, family, and group therapies. Formulate comprehensive treatment plans addressing emotional, mental, and substance abuse disorders while participating in multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Document all assessment plans, interactions, and interventions per departmental guidelines. Requires a Master's degree in counseling, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status, and three years of experience in crisis intervention and therapy. Full-time day shift position in The Dalles, Oregon, with mandatory vaccinations and E-Verify participation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Master's Degree in counseling or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation and acknowledgment of Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Three years' experience to include crisis intervention, individual and group therapy
- Experience in working with behavioral health clients providing direct assessment, diagnosis formulation, treatment planning, treatment intervention and education to members and/or family members
