Job Summary
Conduct behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for patients and families, including crisis intervention and grief work. Formulate and implement comprehensive treatment plans utilizing individual, marital, family, and group therapies. Participate in multidisciplinary healthcare teams to assist with discharge planning and emotional support. Document all assessment plans, interactions, and interventions per departmental guidelines. Requires a Master's degree in counseling, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification, and three years of experience in crisis intervention and direct therapy. Located in The Dalles, Oregon, with full-time day shift hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Master's Degree in counseling or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
Desired Qualifications
- Three years' experience to include crisis intervention, individual and group therapy
- Experience in working with behavioral health clients providing direct assessment, diagnosis formulation, treatment planning, treatment intervention and education to members and/or family members
