Job Summary
Conduct behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for patients and families addressing emotional, mental, and substance abuse disorders. Formulate and implement comprehensive care plans utilizing crisis intervention, individual, marital, family, and group therapies, including grief and bereavement work. Participate in multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide leadership in mental therapy perspectives while documenting all assessment plans, interactions, and interventions per departmental guidelines. Requires a Master's Degree in counseling, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status, and three years of experience in crisis intervention and therapy. Full-time day shift position based in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Master's Degree in counseling or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation and acknowledgment of Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Three years' experience to include crisis intervention, individual and group therapy
