Job Summary
Conduct behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients and families managing emotional, mental, and substance abuse disorders. Provide crisis intervention and deliver brief, long-term individual, marital, family, and group therapies while participating in multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Document all assessment plans, interactions, and interventions according to departmental and hospital guidelines. Maintain a full-time day shift schedule in The Dalles, Oregon, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in counseling, an LPC license, and three years of relevant experience including crisis intervention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Master's Degree in counseling or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation and acknowledgment of Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Three years' experience to include crisis intervention, individual and group therapy
- Experience in working with behavioral health clients providing direct assessment, diagnosis formulation, treatment planning, treatment intervention and education to members and/or family members
