Job Summary
Conduct behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for patients and families while managing discharge planning and crisis intervention. Formulate and implement comprehensive treatment plans utilizing individual, marital, family, group, and grief therapies. Participate in multidisciplinary healthcare teams to represent the counseling perspective and document all interactions per departmental guidelines. Requires a Master's Degree in counseling, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status, and three years of experience in direct assessment and therapy. Located in The Dalles, Oregon, this full-time day shift role supports Adventist Health Columbia Gorge's outpatient services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Master's Degree in counseling or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
Desired Qualifications
- Three years' experience to include crisis intervention, individual and group therapy
