Job Summary
Conduct behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients and families managing emotional, mental, and substance abuse disorders. Formulate and implement comprehensive intervention plans utilizing crisis intervention, individual, marital, family, and group therapies. Document all assessment plans, interactions, and interventions per departmental guidelines while participating in multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Requires a Master's Degree in counseling, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status, and three years of experience in crisis intervention and therapy. Full-time day shift position in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Master's Degree in counseling or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation
Desired Qualifications
- Three years' experience to include crisis intervention, individual and group therapy
