Job Summary

Conduct behavioral health assessments, diagnose patients, and develop comprehensive treatment plans addressing emotional, mental, and substance abuse disorders. Deliver crisis intervention and provide brief, long-term individual, marital, family, and group therapies while assisting patients and families with discharge planning. Participate in multidisciplinary healthcare teams to represent a professional counseling perspective and document all assessments, interactions, and interventions per departmental guidelines. Requires a Master's degree in counseling, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification, and three years of experience in direct therapy and crisis intervention.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Master's Degree in counseling or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • All required vaccinations
  • E-Verify participation acknowledgment

Desired Qualifications

  • Three years' experience to include crisis intervention, individual and group therapy
  • Experience in working with behavioral health clients providing direct assessment, diagnosis formulation, treatment planning, treatment intervention and education to members and/or family members
