Job Summary
Conduct behavioral health assessments, formulate comprehensive treatment plans, and deliver crisis intervention, individual, marital, family, and group therapies to patients and families. Provide diagnosis and treatment for emotional, mental, and substance abuse disorders while assisting with discharge planning. Participate in multidisciplinary healthcare teams and document all assessment plans, interactions, and interventions per departmental guidelines. Maintain a full-time day shift schedule in The Dalles, Oregon. Requires a Master's degree in counseling, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification, and three years of experience in crisis intervention and therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Master's Degree in counseling or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
Desired Qualifications
- Three years' experience to include crisis intervention, individual and group therapy
- Experience in working with behavioral health clients providing direct assessment, diagnosis formulation, treatment planning, treatment intervention and education to members and/or family members
