Job Summary
Conduct individual, couples, and group counseling using evidence-based methods for adults with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including severe mental illness and addictions. Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning while managing caseloads and crisis interventions. Maintain accurate client records in compliance with licensure standards and MHM policies, and make referrals to social workers for case management. Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills, participate in quality assurance activities, and engage with community members through evening and weekend events. Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to deliver patient education and support services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field for LPC/LMFT/LCSW
- Minimum of one (1) years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy, counseling, and case management
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a vehicle
- Auto liability insurance
- Bilingual in English
- Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds
