Job Summary
Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines. Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques, assist with treatment planning, and review progress toward treatment plan goals. Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team by attending required staff and multidisciplinary meetings. Timely and comprehensively document all necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record while adhering to regulatory and company compliance requirements. Requires active clinical licensure (LCAS-A or LCAS) and a Master's degree. Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree
- Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum LCAS-A or LCAS
