Job Summary
As a Behavioral Health Counselor, you will manage a caseload while providing individual, family, and group counseling. Responsibilities include treatment planning, managing group sessions, and meeting productivity standards as part of an integrated team. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a mental health or social work field and be eligible for licensing within 18 months of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a Master’s Degree from a recognized college or university in a mental health or social work related field
- Be eligible for license within 18 months of hire (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC-P, etc.)
- One year of direct service, post-graduate, experience preferred
