Job Summary
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy. Monitor patient progress, document in the EHR, provide crisis intervention, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. Support whole-person wellness—mind, body, and spirit—through ethical practice, education, and community-focused behavioral health services. Required Qualifications
- Experience in providing compassionate, faith-informed counseling
- Ability to complete biopsychosocial assessments
