Behavioral Health Coordinator

Job Summary
Oversee and implement behavior programming for I/DD programs; supervise Behavior Intervention Specialists; develop coaching, training and evaluation materials; provide support for staff coaching, training and performance evaluations; ensure programs comply with state regulations and ethical guidelines; lead program readiness for audits; conduct ABA coaching for residential settings; coordinate staff development, supervise on-site visits, and participate in inter-disciplinary team meetings to improve program evaluation and culture across I/DD services.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human services
- minimum of 5 years’ experience in OPWDD-funded program
- minimum of 3 years in residential services
- strong management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- strong oral and written communication skills
- knowledge of OPWDD regulations
- computer-literate
