Job Summary
As a Behavioral Health Consultant at Center for Family Health, you will provide individual, family, and group counseling, crisis intervention, and comprehensive behavioral health services. Key responsibilities include completing mental health screenings, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with primary care providers on patient care. This role requires a Master’s degree in social work, relevant licensure, and BLS certification, along with strong clinical and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work with limited or full licensure
- BLS certification required or ability to obtain
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Social Work experience preferred
- Strong understanding of behavioral medicine and evidence-based treatment approaches
- Comfortable working closely with primary care providers in a team-based setting
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Excellent organizational, customer service, and time management skills
