Job Summary
Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) joining an Integrated Care team as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) in La Crosse, WI. 0.8-1.0 FTE with flexible 32–40 hour schedule in a specialty care setting; provide integrated behavioral health within a specialty care practice; conduct brief, problem-focused assessments/interventions; contribute to development/implementation of BHC clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives; collaborative, team-oriented environment with adults, children, and adolescents; requires licensure eligibility in a multistate region and completion of an accredited program; advanced clinicians work under physician supervision and may participate in outreach; strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage in professional development, tuition investment, and career growth programs.
Required Qualifications
- PhD or PsyD
- Eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multistate region with no restrictions or limitations
- Experience working in an integrated primary/specialty care or medical setting preferred but not required
- Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician
- Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is essential
