Behavioral Health Consultant

Identify, triage, and manage patients with medical and behavioral health problems within the primary care setting under the supervision of the Chief Behavioral Health Officer. Provide skill training through psychoeducation and patient education strategies while developing specific behavioral change plans for patients and behavioral health protocols for target populations. This role requires a doctoral degree in Psychology or a Master's in Social Work with current Wisconsin licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or LCSW.
