Job Summary

Identify, triage, and manage patients with medical and behavioral health problems within the primary care setting under the supervision of the Chief Behavioral Health Officer. Provide skill training through psychoeducation and patient education strategies while developing specific behavioral change plans for patients and behavioral health protocols for target populations. This role requires a doctoral degree in Psychology or a Master's in Social Work with current Wisconsin licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or LCSW. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. The position offers competitive wages, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) with employer match. Full-time staff work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Access is an eligible employer under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program and an NHSC approved site.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology or Clinical Psychology OR Master's Degree in Social Work (LCSW)
  • Current Wisconsin licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • Proof that you are fully vaccinated

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior work experience as a Clinical Psychologist or Social Worker in a medical setting
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
