Provides evidence-based outpatient behavioral health treatment including individual, group, family, and marital therapy; conducts bio-psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations; develops individualized treatment plans; delivers crisis intervention services; collaborates with a multidisciplinary treatment team; maintains timely documentation in the electronic health record; adheres to productivity standards; offers clinical supervision for clinicians not yet licensed; operates in clinics located in Haines, Klawock, Petersburg, and Wrangell with after-hours crisis coverage on a shared rotating basis; emphasizes trauma-informed care and integration of behavioral health and substance use interventions; requires licensure maintenance and HIPAA compliant practices.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline from an accredited educational institution
- Licensed as Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC) or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) preferred
