Job Summary
Independent Behavioral Health Clinician provides psychosocial assessment, counseling, case management, and care transitions to patients in the Primary Care Clinic setting. The role requires an independently licensed clinician with a Master’s degree in Counseling or a substantially similar field, and an active LPC or LCSW license in Colorado (or ability to obtain prior to start). Responsible for clinical assessment and ongoing behavioral health care within a primary care environment, with emphasis on integrated care, crisis support, and patient-centered planning. Includes rotating shifts with hospital benefits, continuing education opportunities, and resources to support staff well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, or a substantially similar field of study
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Colorado OR Behavioral Health Licensed Professional
- Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire.
