Job Summary
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy with assigned acute psychiatric patients. Perform comprehensive evaluations and complete all documentation according to regulatory requirements, including treatment plans and progress notes. Attend required departmental and hospital meetings. This role provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of acute psychiatric patients within Allegheny Health Network.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Master's degree in a relevant field
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
- other Behavioral Specialist license
- CPR – American Heart Association
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
Desired Qualifications
- Prior counseling experience in a behavioral health setting
- Older Adults Protective Services Act (OAPSA) clearance
