Behavioral Health Clinician

Behavioral Health Clinician providing assessments and ongoing individual counseling for adults, including elders and people with disabilities, in-home or place of residence, and via telehealth. Services include psychotherapy, treatment planning, identification and development of natural supports, advocacy, and collaboration with other providers. Maintain a caseload of about 20–25 clients and meet a 55% billing requirement. Activities include weekly individual therapy sessions, supervision, timely documentation, ongoing training, and collaboration with colleagues. Role includes a hybrid schedule with regular in-person time at the Bellingham office and optional remote days. Requires licensure in LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW (or equivalent), valid driver's license for travel, and ability to pass background checks and immunization verification. Strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and proficiency with electronic medical record systems are essential. Bilingual skills (Spanish or Russian) are desirable. The role is full-time, permanent, non-exempt, with comprehensive benefits and potential salary progression based on licensure and tenure.
