Job Summary
Fully licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (LPC-MHSP/LMFT/LCSW) to perform face-to-face intake, assess care management/therapy eligibility, and provide individual and group counseling across Tennessee. Duties include developing and implementing treatment plans, crisis action when needed, coordinating with agencies, and collaborating with staff to support recovery and prevention for individuals with serious mental illness; schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; compensation $55k-$65k with a $2,500 sign-on bonus; based out of Nashville with satellite offices across Middle and East Tennessee (e.g., Cleveland).
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mental Health field
- Licensed in TN as LPC-MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT
- Valid Tennessee Driver’s License
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Acceptable Criminal Background Investigation
- Personal Automobile Insurance
