Job Summary
Independently assess individuals with behavioral health needs and substance misuse issues, developing treatment plans for mild to moderate mental health conditions. Interfacing with medication management professionals as needed while providing thorough communication to the primary care physician. This full-time role includes remote clinical work options after 90 days, with competitive compensation, medical benefits, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Master's in Social Work from an accredited college/university
- Currently Licensed in NH as an LICSW or LCMHC
- CPR certified
- Minimum 2 years' mental health counseling experience in health care setting
Desired Qualifications
- Previous EHR experience preferred (including ability to document in electronic medical record)
