Job Summary

Administer individual, group, conjoint, or family psychotherapy and support services to children with severe emotional disturbances and their families. Conduct clinical assessments, develop diagnoses, and participate in creating person- and family-centered treatment plans with client families. Monitor client progress, coordinate behavioral health services with juvenile court representatives, and maintain electronic and paper charts documenting services, progress notes, and treatment plans. Provide 24/7 crisis intervention availability on a rotation basis to mitigate risks of self-harm or out-of-home treatment needs. Participate in supervision and team meetings to review progress, identify barriers, and develop strategies for assisting families in reaching their goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
  • Licensure in your field (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, etc)
  • At least one year experience providing counseling to youth
