Job Summary
Behavioral Health Clinician coordinates with PCT, RN, and BHMP to ensure a safe environment and quality care; completes behavioral health assessments and service plans for individuals admitted to Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point programs; documents services and coordinates discharges; engages with families and significant others; master’s degree preferred and licensure at associate level with AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners is a plus; 1-3 years of full-time health care experience in behavioral and medical crisis settings preferred but not required.
