Job Summary
Provide behavioral health clinical supervision to assigned staff across various departments by demonstrating advanced knowledge of clinical responsibilities. Deliver group and individual clinical supervision, coaching, mentoring, and support focused on clinical competence, ethics, documentation, and quality management. Guide team members on handling complex or novel issues while assisting supervisees with coordinating services, prioritizing assignments, and promoting situational decision-making. Communicate with managers regarding supervision provided and collaborate with department leadership to develop training related to identified clinical needs and continuing education. Serve as a positive role model to promote teamwork, communication, and cooperation among staff.
