Job Summary
Monitor licensure and certification requirements while supervising clinical practice and holding staff accountable for performance measures, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Develop and implement new service delivery policies, determine caseloads, and coordinate utilization reviews, chart audits, and service evaluations to drive quality improvements. Act as a liaison to the Administrative Council, proposing policy changes and providing community interfaces with external agencies for specific client cases. Work independently within a self-managed team environment to ensure quality of clinical services and support clinical staff working toward licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Practicing Counselor (LPC)
- Valid Oregon Driver's license
- Must be insurable for client service purposes
- Must pass all criminal history check requirements as required by ORS 536-181.537 and in accordance with OAR 407-007-0200-407-007-0370
- Must pass drug screening
- Must be credentialed as a mental health investigator or willing to pursue credentialing
- Must maintain punctual and regular work attendance

Desired Qualifications
- Licensure as a LCSW preferred
- 2 years of licensure as a LCSW or LPC preferred
- Three years of experience in a comparable position dedicated to quality/ health improvement in a managed care organization or provider group or governmental agency or similar setting preferred
- At least two years' experience in dual diagnosis treatment or substance use disorder
- CADCII or III
- Must possess a CADCI and must receive a CADCIII within two years of hire
- Ability to effectively problem solve
- Ability to manage individuals and teams through coaching, mentoring, training, and delegation
- Effective oral and written communication
