Job Summary
Coordinate the behavioral health team to deliver patient care according to recognized standards and care models. Develop the clinical program while ensuring the safety and daily management of assigned units or operations. Exercise independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues within your assigned units. This full-time, day-shift role requires a Master's degree in behavioral health or a related field, along with five years of behavioral health experience and three years of management experience. Required Qualifications

- Alaska Clinical Social Worker License upon hire

- 5 years- Behavioral health or social services experience
- 3 years - Management/supervisory experience
